The Ontario Court of Justice does not allow lawyers to publish courtroom Zoom IDs and passcodes, and they change without notice. Our clients receive the correct link from us before each appearance.

Before you join

A short checklist for a Zoom appearance.

  • Have your court papers in front of you, with your name as it appears on them.
  • Join 10 to 15 minutes early from a quiet place with a steady connection.
  • Set your display name to your full legal name so the court can find you.
  • Stay muted until your name is called, then speak clearly and briefly.
  • Do not record. Recording a court proceeding without permission is an offence.
